Didn't the Local Government Act 2000 supersede the 1972 version?So if POPLA doesn't get the endorsement it needs does it fold or does it become entirely funded by the BPA?
Presumably the BPA puts the contract out to tender?
They may ask the IAS to tender for it as that would save their members some money!
